Revlon Photoready Primer | Glam Radar

You may have seen a post or my video of a little Boots haul that I did the other weekend and I decided to purchase the Revlon Photoready Primer for £11.99… I have never really bought things from Revlon but with the introduction of the lip butters I decided to have a look at what else they had to offer and this is when I spotted this primer…

revlon-photoready-primer-375x500-1 revlon-photoready-primer-500x375-1 When swatched on my hand it seemed very similar to Benefit’s Porefessional in the way that it was nice and creamy not too sticky like some primer I have used before. It seemed to fill in the fine lines on my hands and I thought it would probably do the trick on the pores around my nose! It doesn’t really have a smell which is good too!  primer-vs-500x353-1 As you can see the Primer does deliver some coverage to the pores but also creates a matte canvas for foundation as you can see the side of my nose doesn’t appear so oily. The primer makes foundation last the full day but with my new BB cream it’s a little less as I think this tends to sink into the skin after a good 6 hours. I think I am going to do a comparison of this primer and Benefit’s Professional. Overall I really love using it and I love how it gives me a matte base for my foundation as I am not a lover of the dewy look… It has definitely been the best drugstore primer I have used but I would recommend you have a look at other reviews of it to see if other people feel the same way about this primer as I do!
