Mac Pigment: Tan- Review and swatches
Hi girls! I’ve already posted about the Mac samples I bought . Also, I have talked about the first sample, which was of the lip color Russian Red . Now for the second sample. It was of a pigment, in the color Tan.
A pigment is a loose powder which can be used dry or wet. This particular color is a stunning pinkish bronze shade, which can be worn every single day! Mac describes this shade as aMuted Pinky Brown Bronze.
I prefer to use it wet, because it gives a really nice, metallic, sort of 3-D color. This has replaced my go-to eye shadow, which was Bad to the bronze.
(L-R- used wet, used dry)
When I saw the shade first, I thought it could be similar to Bad to the Bronze. But it’s quite different. Check out the pic for comparison. Bad to the bronze is brown-bronze but in Tan, the pink is very obvious.
