Here is my review of Diorskin Nude Tan Healthy Glow Enhancing Powder in Sunlight :
When I think of summer make-up, the one product that always pops in to my beauty obsessed brain is bronzer. For me, getting that golden glow is what the hotter months are all about, and every year when the summer cosmetics collections come out I HAVE to buy a new one.
Usually, deciding which to purchase can be a tricky process; brands seem to release better looking bronzers every year, and being the superficial shopper that I am, looks do matter. This year, however, there was no question in my mind which one would be mine.
As you know I have a slight, ok, massive obsession with all things that go under the ‘nude’ makeup category. My collection is quite literally overflowing with nude lipsticks, liners, shadows and now thanks to Dior, a bronzer too!
Encased in this seriously luxe, silver quilted packaging is one of CD’s new Diorskin Nude Tan, Healthy Glow Enhacing Powders (yes, that is the full title), an all over bronzer designed to give you subtly sun kissed skin in seconds.
Sounds good doesn’t it? It is, but it looks even better.

Love at first sight, right? It definitely was for me. Not only does it spell out my fave makeup word/term (!!) but it also does it so beautifully too.
There are four versions of the Healthy Glow Enhancing Powders which each feature four slightly different variations of golden tones. I went for the second lightest in the range, Sunlight, a peachy, Kardashian-esque kolour with a hint of subtle shimmer.
See what I did there with the K! Anyway, moving on…
As this is an enhancing powder the colour payoff isn’t as strong as the newly released Nude Tan Bronzing Glow Sun Powder’s which have the same design but are in one shade, of which there are six to choose from, and NO glow. Great if you prefer more of a matte tan.

Having said that though, this isn’t difficult to work with at all, it just needs to be built up a little which is something I don’t object to really, as it allows you to get a more natural finish. Talking of a natural finish what about the ‘Glow’ element to it.
Well, as you can see above this isn’t an overly glittery powder, there are no big chunks of shimmer or anything like that, but the formula does have a slight sheen to it. Personally, I like Diorskin Nude Tan Healthy Glow Enhancing Powder as it allows me to get that fresh and healthy look I so desperately crave my skin to naturally have but just doesn’t.
Hopefully you can see the ‘glow’ below.
This version of the Nude Tan powder unlike the Glow Sun style also comes with a mini kabuki brush which is pretty cute and makes application all over a doddle, but of course like everything it doesn’t come for free. You’ll pay £3 extra for it.
Like all counter cosmetics this compact is pricey at £37, but getting a chic complexion doesn’t come cheap nowadays and for me, the design and quality justify the price. I couldn’t be happier with my choice this year, for nude addicts everywhere this is perfection in powder.
What was your favourite product from the summer collections this year? Did you fall for the Nude Tan range too?
