Recently I went shopping with my Mum and sister, and popped into Primark – as we always do when we’re nearby. On the clothes front, it was pretty poor. I was being particular with what I bought and so ended up with a black and white striped dress for £5, bargain! On the other hand, I did spend money in there on other things. One thing I bought was this Argan Oil Hair Treatment by Eclipz, retailing at £4.
For that price I thought it was worth a try. My hairs been a bit cotty and uncontrollable on the ends recently, the blonde ombré definitely not helping! This hair treatment claims that it “is a super strengthening, hydrating treatment that will restore and smooth dry, damaged, chemically treated or over processed hair. Argan oil, unique to morocco, is known for its high absorbing, penetrating and split end repairing qualities while leaving even the most damaged hair soft and nourished for added moisture. Treat your hair with this nourishing deep conditioning treatment, formulated to bring life back in to dull, lifeless hair.” Exactly what I needed! What you do is shampoo your hair as normal, then apply a “generous” amount of the treatment mask to your freshly washed hair. You then massage it into your hair focussing on the damaged areas. You then leave on for 10 minutes, allowing it to penetrate right into the hair follicles. Then rinse, and admire your gorgeous hair.
On to what I thought of it. Well, it’s not bad! It’s only £4, so you can’t expect too much, but then again, you can. I wasn’t expecting to be able to brush my hair straight through with my wide tooth comb (I never normally can with anything I use!) but the comb went straight through from my roots to ends perfectly. Once dry my hair does feel in good condition, it still feels a bit cotty but I can’t expect miracles from a conditioning treatment! I will continue to use this treatment 2-3 times a week when I’m not in a rush to wash my hair and see how much of a difference it makes over time. I will repurchase this product and can see it becoming a favourite of mine! Have you bought this product from Eclipz?
