Beautiful Eye makeup With the Urban Decay Naked Palette – Glam Radar
Hello everyone!
I thought I’d post a quick photo tutorial for my every day eyeshadow routine. It’s nothing spectacular but I absolutely love it and it usually only takes a few minutes. I’m no beauty expert so this is about as easy as it can be. I think anyone can do this with no trouble at all. 🙂 Let’s get started!
These are the products I used – Urban Decay Primer Potion, Urban Decay Naked Palette, MAC Blacktrack Fluidline, an eyelash curler and mascara.
I first apply eyeshadow primer all over the lid. You can use anything you like but I’ve been loving my sample Urban Decay Primer Potion.
Next I apply Urban Decay Sin all over the lid. (This is one of my all time favorite neutral eyeshadows but MAC Naked Lunch is very similar.)
For some reason I always do my highlighting at the beginning. I used Virgin on my inner corner and brow bone.
At a 45 degree angle apply Naked above the crease to the lower brow bone.
Then directly in the crease apply Buck to give some dimension.
On the lower lash line and outer corner I applied Toasted with a small pencil brush. I had the hardest time learning to get a clean outer “v” and a small pencil brush has made all the difference for me!
I first tight lined my eyes by holding a MAC 210 (Which by the way, is the BEST brush I have found for lining with a gel liner. It’s so precise!) underneath my eyelashes and making windshield wiper motions to fill in the spaces between my lashes, then made a small thin line on the top, outer third.
Add your choice of mascara and voila! The finished look! It looks VERY natural, but still done and polished. It’s perfect for every day and for wearing with a brighter lip. Hope you enjoyed!
