Gin Rickshaw cocktail with Basil Syrup :Rickshaw Cocktail Recipe with Basil Syrup

Woohoo! It’s Friday! Not only is it Friday, but it’s really, really nice outside! I mean, I rarely need a reason to celebrate the start of the weekend, but when the weather forcast is above 70°F for the whole weekend, I think it’s time we get excited! I am so looking forward to soaking in the fresh air, visiting the market (and crossing my fingers that I see rhubarb) and just plain having a bit of time to relax.

This week’s happy hour is the kind of drink that’s just makes you want the sun to shine a little brighter. I never new lime, basil and gin could taste so good.

Cheers! To a lovely weekend!
