Que Bella Peel-Off Mask in Clarify Cucumber – Glam Radar
Packaging: This face mask comes in a pouch that contains one “serving” of face mask. I easily used up all of the product that came in this plastic package and there was plenty of it to coat my face. I love the green color that accompanies the cucumber scent. It was easy to open and I just peeled the top section off and squeezed out the mask. Que Bella has a line of face masks, ranging from peel-off to mud masks, and they each have a different color package.
Product: This was the first time I’ve ever done a peel-off face mask, as I usually use mud masks. The mask was clear with a slight green tint and had a strong scent of cucumber. I don’t like the smell of cucumbers, so this is probably why I didn’t like the way it smelled, but people that don’t mind the scent probably won’t mind the way the mask smells. I spread it onto my face and it was mostly easy to do, but the stickiness made it hard to spread in certain places. I was careful not to get it close to my eyebrows or hairline because I got one hair stuck in it and it hurt to get out. I let the mask dry for about 20 minutes and it made my face feel slightly tight and tingly, but not uncomfortable. With a peel-off mask, you’re supposed to obviously peel it off instead of rinse off – that was my least favorite part. It hurt to peel it off, especially near the sensitive parts of my skin such as under my eyes. It made my face red and it burnt when I pulled it off. My eyes were watering and I’m not usually that sensitive when it comes to my face.
Que Bella Peel-Off Mask in Clarify Cucumber Swatched :
My rating for Que Bella Peel-Off Mask in Clarify Cucumber : 5/10 – I was conflicted when rating this mask because I love the Que Bella face mask line and it did wonders for my skin. I thought that it would make my skin awful since the peeling made it red, but it left great results. I had less blemishes and my skin felt refreshed and clean. I rated it so low because the pain was not worth it. I’ve gotten great results from their mud masks, so I will stick with those.
