HI girls! Today i will review my favorite scincare product for you :  Shiseido The Skincare Extra Gentle Cleansing Foam ,bioderma micellar water, Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser,Shiseido The Skincare Hydro-Nourishing Softener,Shiseido The Skincare multi-energizing cream,Paula’s Choice Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum,Shiseido The Skincare Day Moisture Protection SPF 15,Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado . I feel the older I get the more prepared I am to dedicate a little bit of time (and money) to my daily skin care routine. Many years I have been guilty of sleeping in my make up and washing my face with hand soap the next day. I know, I know, the hairs on my back are standing up as I write this – not that I have any. My current brand of trust is Shiseido, but I have mixed in a few other brands, just because I can. Bioderma micellar water  – there has been a lot of hype around this product and for a good reason. This is very gentle, non greasy and does a good job of removing your face and eye make up. I don’t find it that good for waterproof products though.I have purchased this 250ml bottle on eBay for around AUD 20 delivered. I will probably repurchase the bigger bottle once I am through this one. The FOA Gentle Make-Up Remover is very similar to the Bioderma but cheaper and a lot more accessible here in OZ. It’s a tiny bit more greasy but nothing against products like Neutrogena. This is the absolute winner for me when it comes to waterproof make up. This product was sent to me for consideration by the lovely girls from Sweaty Betty PR but you can buy this pretty much anywhere inAustralia. I will probably repurchase this as soon as I run out. I don’t know if you can tell but this bottle has been well loved. The Shiseido The Skincare Extra Gentle Cleansing Foam is by far my favourite cleanser to use with my Clarisonic Mia. It is gentle (no good for eye area though), it foams up really nicely, it leaves my skin feeling very clean – yet it doesn’t strip my skin of moisture. It also smells divine, but so do all Shiseido products in my opinion. I have purchased this product from Myer for AUD 60, but you can pick this up online from Strawberrynet or Cosme-de for around AUD 40. Will definitely repurchase! The Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser is another product that is getting a lot of hype and I am a sucker for buying things that are being raved about. But I am glad I did because this is a really nice, extremely gentle make up remover/cleanser. What I love about this is that I can take off my eye make up and mascara with this product and it has never stung my eyes. You don’t really need to pre-cleanse at all. You can use this on dry skin which is nice if you don’t want to get water all over you. I have been using this with my hands or in combination with my Clarisonic. You are actually meant to use this with a muslin cloth but I haven’t tried that method yet. The smell is very different to other cleansers – it’s a mixture of Rosemary and Eucaplyptus. I have purchased this cleanser on eBay but Liz Earle are now also shipping to Australia! Shiseido The Skincare Hydro-Nourishing Softener – Holy Grail material. Shiseido toners are different from any other toner you have ever used. The consistency is almost gel like and when you put this on your skin it feels like a toner and a serum are meeting for a party on your face. I have often used toners and wondered why I bothered – it was just like splashing water in my face.   The Shiseido toners – actually they call them softeners – leave your skin soft and nourished, ready for your moisturiser. If you have oily skin you probably won’t like it for the exact same reasons why I love this product so much. I have normal to dry skin and my skin just soaks this up with pleasure. This product was a free gift with purchase from Myer but you can purchase this online for around about AUD 40. I will definitely repurchase but I want to try other Shiseido lines too. Have I mentioned I am obsessed with Shiseido? The Shiseido The Skincare multi-energizing cream is one of my more recent purchases. This is a thick, luxurious cream that does a great job when my skin is a bit dry or even just dull. I bought this as a night cream but I find myself using this mornings as well – probably because we have winter here in Australia and my skin can take a bit of energizing any time of the day. I have purchased this from Strawberrynet for approx AUD 45 delivered. I will probably repurchase this even though there are some other Shiseido moisturisers I want to trial first. In summer I was using the Paula’s Choice Super Antioxidant Concentrate Serum every night before moisturising and some mornings. I find now that it’s winter I use the Shiseido multi-energizing cream instead but come summer I will definitely go back to this Serum. It is a very light gel that immediately sinks into your skin and leaves your skin feeling extremely smooth. I love that this can be used for the eye area as well as I tend to get very dry around my eyes. This is the only Paula’s choice serum that does not contain Retinol.  I have purchased this serum from the Paula’s Choice online store for approx AUD 60. I would like to try out a Retinol serum next so I am not sure yet if I will repurchase this. Did anyone say Shiseido? The Shiseido The Skincare Day Moisture Protection SPF 15 is what I use as my daily moisturiser in summer. This is very light weight, has an SPF and smells .. well like all other Shiseido products .. lovely! This came for free as a gift with purchase at Myer but sells for around about AUD 40 on Strawberrynet. My eye cream of choice is the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. This is a thick cream that makes no ridiculously impossible promises. It claims to moisturise and that it does extremely well. I am still under 30 (just..) – I don’t need a $200 eye cream and I am not sure I ever will. I do however get very dry around my eyes which leads to the appearance of fine lines. If my eye area is well moisturised and hydrated they disappear. Magic huh! I have purchased this from AllCosmeticsWholesale for about AUD 25 delivered  but they don’t stock it at the moment. I am likely to repurchase. And this ladies is the end of my monster skin care blog post! Let me know if you prefer shorter posts or if you would like to get the full wham in one go like above? What skin care do you adore? Have you used Shiseido? What do you think about expensive eye creams? Let me know!
