Liz Earle Brightening Treatment Mask Pump Kit Review – Glam Radar

Hi Friends, Here is my new Liz Earle Brightening Treatment Mask Pump Kit Review.

I was sent the Liz Earle Brightening Treatment Mask 50ml Pump Kit to try out and review, this kit includes 50ml tube of Brightening treatment mask and 1 muslin cloth. Many bloggers especially beauty bloggers have reviewed Liz Earle products but I haven’t actually seen many reviews on this particular product, so I hope you find this review interesting.

This brightening treatment mask is available in 50ml pump starter kit £13.00 which is what I was sent, you can also buy 15ml pump £12.25, 50ml tube £12.25 and a 15ml tube £4.85.

The people at Liz Earle say …

“Whenever your skin needs a pick me up, for example when feeling tired before a big event you want to look your best for, or if jaded the morning after a night before – this dependable quick fix treatment comes to the rescue. It is packed with radiance restoring and revitalising skin saving nutrients: White clay brightens, Green mineral silt revitalises, Pure aloe vera soothes, Sweet almond oil softens and smooths. Apply a generous layer to face and neck to clean, dry skin avoiding the eye and lip area. Leave on for about 30 seconds and two minutes. Soak the muslin in hot water and gently wipe away. Follow by Instant Boost Skin Tonic to experience skin which is now brighter, more luminous and revitalised”

How I used this product …

I apply about 1 to 2 pumps of this product onto clean dry skin, I then potter about for a minute or two, and then just wipe it off with the muslin cloth that was provided, I soak the muslin cloth in hot water first. After I wipe the product off my face, I then pat my face dry, and apply some Instant Boost Skin Tonic to a cotton disc and sweep it over my face.

My thoughts on this product …

I love the packaging of all Liz Earle products, how they arrive so nicely wrapped in lovely gift paper, I also like how you get a little wash bag with this kit.

It says that this product is not suitable for sensitive skin, I have had really sensitive skin in the past but I had no problems when using this mask, I did have and still do have a little break out but have had this break out way before I start using this mask (I’m putting my breakouts down to my hormones) this product didn’t make the break out any worse than what it is which is a bonus and it didn’t cause any irritation.

I like how this is a quick and easy product to apply and remove, there’s none of this peeling off bits of product or waiting ten to twenty minutes just like other ‘mask’ products, so if your in a hurry or if you have a busy lifestyle this would be a perfect product to use. Unfortunately this is not a product from Liz Earle that I would rave about, the product is creamy and thick but yet is easy to spread, and after having the mask on for around two minutes it did tighten noticeably which it is said to do on the tube.

After using this I personally didn’t see much of a difference, my face was left with a little glow and a little brighter but nothing major which was a let down for me because it is said to make your skin brighter and luminous. The scent of this product is quite herbal and strong, but I personally love that smell. It did leave my skin feeling very clean and refreshed.

Overall I think I have tried better products than this in the past, but don’t get me wrong it is a nice mask, I would recommend it for people who have a busy lifestyle, I would also recommend to try it out first by maybe buying the smaller tube than the larger one. I like this product because it’s quick and easy to apply and there’s no waiting around.
