Tahini & Cilantro Dressing

Tahini & Cilantro Dressing

I have had some extra time to spend developing recipes this week and be in the kitchen to test them out. With the arrival of our Frenchie, Sadie, I couldn’t stray for too long.

I love anything with cilantro, however if you are not a cilantro fan, parsley would work in this recipe as well. I used tahini for the base, which is high in calcium and goes well with almost anything. I added this dressing to many, many salads this week and I will share a few ideas with you on upcoming posts.

Tahini & Cilantro Dressing
1 heapingĀ tbspĀ tahini
juice of 1/2 lemon
pinch of sea salt
1 clove of garlic
1 big handful of cilantro
1 tsp ginger, freshly grated
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
freshly cracked pepper

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can add a little water to thin in the dressing out.
