TOPSHOP CREAM BLUSH IN AFTERNOON TEA review and swatches:

As I mentioned in my last topshop post, I’m very new to the brand – in fact, I only own three blushes and a highlighter, although I do intend on expanding my collection.

Today I am reviewing the Topshop Cream Blush in Afternoon Tea – £6. I haven’t actually heard anything about this blush (is it new?), people tend to rave about flush and neon rose, butjust ignore this blush. I love it. I adore the hand-drawn look of the packaging, I think it makes the products look very unique – I haven’t seen any other brand do anything like this. I think the products are fairly priced (although the lipsticks are a little overpriced). As you can see in the last image, the blush itself looks very oily/buttery. Initially, that was a little off putting to me, as I didn’t want my skin to look oily, but when blended, the product looks very subtle and dewy as opposed to full on greasy. Because of the texture, the blushes are really easy to apply and blend. I’ve applied this blush using a brush, sponge and my fingers and I had no problems with either method. I love the consistency of these blushes. I hope Topshop release more in the future. Have you tried the cream blushes? Which is your favourite shade?
