Superdrug Coconut & Sweet Almond Conditioner Review – Glam Radar

“Helps restore moisture and shine. Ideal for dry and damaged hair“. I bought this conditioner after a recommendation from a beauty blogger from the Wednesday nights #bbloggers chat, so I decided to give it a go for a bargain price of 99p. I’ve read into articles after articles then blog reviews one after another and saw that Coconut oil helps keep your hair in good condition – and therefore promoting healthy growth. Its not really an everyday conditioner, its more of a deep intense treatment for when you feel your hair needs it the most. You leave it on for 3-5 minutes so its perfect for when you’re lying in the bath and relaxing.

On to what I think of it.. I used it a couple of times in one week, as my hair was in desperate need. Both times I used it I felt my hair was really knotty and uncontrollable. I applied the conditioner mainly to the mid-lengths and ends of my hair which is where it needed it most, then used a wide tooth comb to comb through my hair. It was pretty tough to get the comb through, my hair isn’t the best or easiest to get through at the best of times, but I can’t say it did much for me in the help of an ‘intense conditioning treatment’. I think I will carry on using this just to see if it gets any better, or if it does help with my hair growth challenge – I WILL HAVE MERMAID HAIR.
