Real Techniques Powder Brush Review – Glam Radar

First thing’s first, I need to get this off of my chest… If you’ve seen Despicable Me when Agnes gets the giant unicorn at the carnival, then you’ll get the reference! real-techniques-powder-brush-review-497x500-1 real-techniques-powder-brush-457x500-2 Having loved the Real Techniques Blush Brush (read more here), I decided to pick up the Powder Brush recently too, and I love it! I really like applying powder as it’s often the final step in my make-up, but one of the most important for an oily-skinned girly like me, and this brush is fantastic value at £10.99. real-techniques-blush-brush-500x333-1 As you may already know, I don’t believe in owning a ton of make-up brushes, and as I already have a great powder brush from The Body Shop, I had to justify this purchase to myself by rationalising that this had a larger, more circular head and therefore was totally different real-techniques-blush-brush-2-500x333-1 I’m sure that you’ve already guessed that this brush is extremely soft and fluffy, but something about the hair on this brush means that for some reason it doesn’t pick up too much product, and would therefore be great for those amongst you that worry about your make-up becoming too cakey or powdery – it takes quite some doing to build up too much powder with this brush! real-techniques-powder-brush-2-500x333-2 This is outstanding quality for the modest price-tag, and considering how well it washes, I can see this lasting just about anyone for absolutely years. If you ever see this brush on 3 for 2, or buy one get one half price on the high-street/drugstore, I’d highly recommend that you pick it up, whether you’re just starting out with make-up, or have a collection and love of make-up that spans years, I really don’t see you being disappointed. Have you tried the Real Techniques Powder Brush? Speak to you soon lovelies, enjoy your Saturday evenings!
