2 Liners: MAC and CHANEL | Glam Radar

A few weeks ago I bought 2 liners to see me through the festive season: MAC Lip Liner in Brickand CHANEL Liquid Liner in Or.

Brick is a beautiful classic red shade that MAC describe as an “intense golden red”. Although a warm based liner it seems to go on well with every red lipstick that I’ve paired it with, which include MAC’s Russian Red and Ruby Woo as well as CHANEL Rouge Allure in Audace.

It has a creamy texture that glides smoothly over the lips yet stays in place for ages – a new favourite!

It has a quick drying time and being water-resistant doesn’t budge all day. It also has a perfect consistency, a great blend between a gel and liquid liner.

Ligne Extreme is usually only available in black and brown, so when I found out about the limited edition shade Or (French for gold), released as part of the CHANEL 2011 Holiday Collection, I didn’t hesitate to ‘add to basket’. It’s a beautiful bright shimmery gold shade that I’ve been wearing a lot recently.

Cost: £22 but lasts ages so well worth the price. I bought mine from Debenhams and it’s still available online and in stores.

Do you have a favourite liner at the moment? Let me know! icon_smile-6
