Sweet Rose Champagne Cupcakes – Glam Radar

Wow, my last blog post of the year and I love that it is something sweet.  I got this recipe from a good friend of mine Diana who loves to bake.  This is a wonderful idea to make for New Years Eve for all of your guests to eat at midnight to toast the new year!  The best part is they are so easy to make and taste divine.

Ingredients 1 (15ounce) box of Betty Crocker Super Moist Yellow cake mix 1 1/4 cups of Korbel Sweet Rose Champagne 1/3 cup of Vegetable Oil 3 whole eggs

Frosting of your choice

Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Line a muffin pan with cupcake liners and set aside.  In a large bowl add all of the ingredients except the frosting and mix well together.  Pour the batter half way in each liner and place it in the oven for 15 minutes.  Once they are done remove them from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes before frosting and decorating.
