Kiss Draw on french tip pen review – Glam Radar

I have tried many times in the past to give myself a french manicure – each time being very unsuccessful ending up with wonky white tips. After too many failed attempts I had to admit that it is near impossible to get a decent looking french manicure by using a white nail polish. A few weeks ago I bought this from Boots, Kiss White Draw-on French Tip Pen. I didn’t really expect it to be any good at all, but thought it was worth a try. I’m really impressed, it’s just so easy to colour in the nail tips and each nail takes a few seconds. The tip is just like a felt tip pen – the white transfers effortlessly onto the nail surface giving a smooth clean line. It is water-based, so it is more like an ink than a nail polish, making it really easy to use. Because of this, polish must be applied over the top otherwise it will just wash off. If any goes on the surrounding skin it is easily removed when washing your hands afterwards. It doesn’t apply well over a base coat at all. The way to do this is to apply Draw-on french tip pen straight to your bare nails, and then seal it with a base coat over the top. Over the base coat I applied two coats of a pale pink french manicure colour, I used a Miss Sporty one. I then finished with a coat of the amazing Seche Vite for that glossy finish. If, like me, you try and fail to give yourself a french polish then Kiss Draw on french tip pen  is a must-have! xxx
