Chocolate = One of those things that God brought to this Earth to make life just perfect.
Yup there is nothing that can make a dessert special than adding some chocolate to it.  That is why after I made this delicious white chocolate pound cake I devoured six slices and never felt better.  Hope you enjoy this recipe and if you are not a white chocolate person you can always use regular chocolate.

What You Need (Cake) 2 3/4 Gluten Free Flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 2 sticks of softened butter 1 2/3 cups of sugar

5 eggs

What You Need (Icing) 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 4 tbsp of butter softened 2 cups of powdered sugar 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract

1/3 cup of milk

What You Need To Do
In a bowl mix together the first three dry ingredients then set aside.  In another bowl cream together the butter and sugar with an electric hand mixer.  Add the five eggs one at a time and keep creaming.  Then in a pot melt together the white chocolate chips and evaporated milk over low heat on a stove then cool to room temperature.  Begin to alternate and mix the ingredients together by adding the flour to the cream mixture and then adding the white chocolate mixture.  Grease a 10 inch tube pan and pour the batter inside.  Put it in a 325 degree oven for an hour.  Once it is done take it out and let it cool then flip it over to remove from the pan.  For the icing you need to melt the chocolate and butter on low heat over the stove.  Then pour it in a bowl and add the rest of ingredients and mix well.  Once it is at the desired consistency pour it on top of the pound cake and serve.
