Clairol Born Blonde Maxi Blonding Kit Review – Glam Radar

I love my hair darker or a shade of red.  I haven’t really been blonde since high school but to go along with my new haircut for summer I decided to try blonde on for a feel again.  I didn’t want to pay the $80-100 to have it done at a salon, especially since I’d have to come back every month to have it re-done.  So I decided to try Clairol Born Blonde.  So this is my Clairol Born Blonde review!

I didn’t really know what to expect.  But, I went to Wal-Mart and got a box.  It was about $10.  A really good deal.  You mix it up like regular hair dye but there is a packet of bleach that you add.  That’s the only difference.  I did my hair myself and it was really easy.  More importantly it actually worked.  Take a look at my before and after photos.  It works even on black hair!

So, there you have it, my Clairol Born Blonde review.  The stuff works, is inexpensive, and easy to use.  The only downside is that your hair does smell like bleach for a few days afterwards.  Still, I’d recommend this product to my friends and I’ll most certainly be using it again!!!
