Phantom Frights Duo Polish: Black Creme and Glitter Top Coat – Glam Radar

by Maria · October 13, 2014

Hey guys! There are always awesome Blue Cross Cosmetics nail polishes at Rite Aid near Halloween and Christmas, always unnamed. So this is a duo polish with a black creme as well as a glitter top coat. It has small orange glitter, medium black and orange hex glitter, and black and orange bar glitter.

I have mixed feelings on this guy. I was super excited for orange and black glitter, but the glitter is super super curly– the bar glitter sticks up when applied. I had to use three coats of Seche Vite to even it out, but it still wasn’t perfect. This is pretty annoying but I do love how it looks over black, and with a lot of top coats. I was also really surprised by the black creme- it’s pretty good! A little thick, but only needs two coats, and dries pretty quickly.

Overall, I do like this (these), but am annoyed by the glitter. I’ll definitely wear it though, because orange glitter on black is one of my favorite manicures 🙂
