Botanics All Bright Eye Soothing Eye Make Up Remover review – Glam Radar

Time for a new eye makeup remover! I picked up in Boots the Botanics Soothing Eye Make Up Remover to replace my No7 Cleanse and Care Eye Makeup Remover which I ran out of and I wasn’t prepared to pay full price as I normally wait for the £5 off vouchers. The Botanics Soothing Eye Make Up Remover was on 3 for 2 at Boots at £3.05 for 150ml of product compared to £7.75 for 100ml of the No7 Eye Make Up Remover. So that’s not a bad deal at all and I’ve heard good things about this so I bought 3! You really need to shake this product well to get the two layers of solution to mix. It is filled to the brim when new and so is quite difficult to get room for it to mix properly. It comes in a handy plastic bottle with a lid and you soak the cotton pad. I prefer the No7 Eye Make Up Remover as it comes with a pump so it is easier and less messy to dispense the product. I do like this eye makeup remover however it could do a better at removing my waterproof mascara as sometimes I’m left with panda eyes. My face cleansing routine at the end of the day is to remove my eye makeup first then remove the face makeup with a cleansing wipe. Most waterproof eye makeup removers leave a greasy film around the eye area so I then proceed to wash my face with a cleanser. Botanics All Bright Eye Soothing Eye Make Up Remover  is not as greasy as the No7 one and doesn’t irritate my eyes but I prefer No7 more since it removes my waterproof eye makeup more effectively! This one is good but not great and I find that I need to soak my cotton pad with more product than the No7 remover to efficiently remove everything. I’m yet to find my perfect Botanics eye makeup remover that is affordable!
