Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry recipe – Glam Radar

With the new healthy eating and fitness regime in full swing, I thought I would share with you some recipes. So to start it all off a quick and easy healthy Stir Fry.What You Need: Broccoli, Sirloin steak, olive oil, half of a red onion, 1 garlic glove, 1 chili, 3tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of groundnut oil, 1 cup of brown rice and salt and pepper. This serves 1 so double everything for 2 people.Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry recipe :*Place your broccoli in hot boiling water and set the aside to soften. What You Need: Broccoli, Sirloin steak, olive oil, half of a red onion, 1 garlic glove, 1 chili, 3tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of groundnut oil, 1 cup of brown rice and salt and pepper. This serves 1 so double everything for 2 people.Beef & Broccoli Stir Fry recipe :*Place your broccoli in hot boiling water and set the aside to soften. *Start cooking your brown rice now, it takes longer than white rice. *Meanwhile, chop all your garlic, chili, onion and heat up 1 tbsp of olive oil *Once hot enough fry the 3 dry ingredients, until the onion is soft *Next chop your steak into thin strips and cover in a light dusting of salt and pepper. * When the rice is only a minute or two ready to serve, fry your steak, the best trick with steak strips is not too cook for long otherwise it will go tough. *Throw in the broccoli at the last minute and cook for a few seconds.
* Serve up and your ready to tuck in.
