And a thousand years after the band wagon rolled by… REVIEW | Glam Radar

… I bring you the Z Palette. £15.99 of pink depotted goodness. Here is my review of And a thousand years after the band wagon rolled by… !

This is the large size and I initially bought this to depot some of my cheaper blushes into but alas it isn’t deep enough, I should have bought the pro size. Instead I have shifted my depotted random eye shadows into this and put the blushes in my MAC palette without the divider.

The palette has a magnetized back so most pans (although not all) will stick without you needing to stick a separate magnet on them. I love the clear front too. If you had a few of these you can still easily tell which palette is which. This also comes in a variety of designs. I wanted the leopard print but unfortunately they were sold out of that one.

The palette itself is made is sturdy cardboard with a glossy finish. It would survive a few wipes but you wouldn’t want to get it properly wet. I imagine that if you were throwing this in a bag on a regular basis it would start to look beaten up pretty quickly. Despite the cardboard it feels pretty heavy.

So do I recommend it? Erm I think I would whole heartedly if I’d bought the Pro size. Then again the Pro size is £19.99. That’s not cheap. And it’s card board which frankly irritates me. I’d rather investigate some other palette options than buy another x
