Suqqu Blend Colour Eyeshadow In 01 Kakitsubata Review

Hi there pretty ladies! so here is my Suqqu Blend Colour Eyeshadow In 01 Kakitsubata Review!

Out of the eight in the permanent line up, Kakitsubata was the one – colour wise – that appealed to me the most. I like the neutral shades with a pop of navy.

The packaging of Suqqu palettes are exquisiste; the compacts are beautiful, sleek, and feel very well made. Each compact also comes with two double ended mini applicators. I personally find them a little too fiddly to use – it would have been ideal if they were both an inch or so longer – but the quality of both are excellent.

I swatched the shadows clockwise from the top left, there is a shimmery pale pink, light antique brown, and matte off white and a matte navy blue. Blues supposedly compliments brown eyes, and I find navy blue is the easiest hue of blue to wear. Like I mentioned in my previous review of a Suqqu palette, the textures of the eyeshadows are divine – smooth, soft, and silky. The pigmentation is somewhat sheer but they can be build up, and, as with most shadows, these show up even better over a base.

The palette has the potential to create a variety of wearable looks, and the navy blue stops this palette from feeling too generic. This is just two ways the palette could be used, both promoinently featuring the deepest shade. I apply the colours very lazy and haphazardly – I figure since I wear glasses most of the time, I can get away with a sloppy application.. The beautiful Reika of Front Row Beauty also reviewed this palette  and she wears it in a much more elegant and polished way!
