Spicy Zucchini Cheese Fries with Bacon and Ranch

One afternoon I received an email from my boyfriend with a link to a recipe.  He loves to email me recipes that he wants me to make and when I saw this one I knew I had to make it for him right away.  Only problem was that he is a healthy eater so I decided to change it and make it a lot less fattening then what the original ingredients called for.  The dish was baked chili cheese fries with bacon and ranch.  Now I switched the potatoes for zucchini and changed up some ingredients to make sure that it still tasted good with less guilt.  Hope you enjoy it!
Spicy Zucchini Cheese Fries with Bacon and Ranch

What You Need
2 tbsp of cornstarch
2 tbsp of chili powder
1/2 tsp of paprika
1/4 tsp of cumin
1/4 tsp of salt
2 large zucchinis (washed and cut into french fries slices)
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp of BBQ seasoning
3/4 cup of fat free cheddar cheese
2 tbsp of chopped chives
5 slices of turkey bacon (cooked and chopped into pieces)
low fat ranch dressing
What You Need To Do
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  In a small bowl mix together the first five ingredients and set it aside.  Then add the zucchini in a large bowl.  Drizzle them with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and bbq seasoning.  Mix them all together then add the cornstarch mixture to the zucchini and toss them around in the mixture.  Place foil on top of a baking sheet and spray with non stick cooking spray.  Add the zucchini and then bake in the center rack for 35 minutes.  Half way through toss them around and keep cooking.  Once they are done cooking you can place them on a plate and top them with the cheese, chives, bacon, and dressing.  Then serve and enjoy!
