HAPPY CHRISTMAS dolls!
Hope your Christmas has been fabulous and you are looking forward to the New Year! I had an absolutely amazing Christmas- ate a mountain of food, felt thoroughly relaxed, and got some fantastic presents from my loved ones and friends; I feel incredibly spoiled and appreciative. Here is my review of Sleek Blush in Pixie Pink !
I have eaten so much though; I have major food baby going on! Not looking forward to the January detox 🙁
Now that the Yule Tide season is coming to a close I thought Id kick off with a little review.
I have been after this Sleek Blush in Pixie Pink for so long! I spotted it in my local Superdrug and did a little jig when I took it to the counter as its usually out of stock. As with all Sleek products- they are reasonably priced; this was £4.49 and worth every penny.I find that Sleek is such an affordable brand- yet the quality is most impressive and definitely on par with high end counterparts. The compact itself is a great size and includes a useful mirror in the lid.
Pixie Pink is a delightful shade- it looks super bright in the pan; a cool toned pastel pink. It is highly pigmented, but not as much as you would think. The colour payoff is quite light actually; it gives a delicate pop of colour as opposed to a bold flush.
You can build it up of course, but I feel too much of this can look rather clown-like; a light dusting is all you need for a chic rosy glow.
Its a matte blush- so its quite noticeable once applied, and looks great with minimal make-up as it really perks up the skin.
Have you tried any of the Sleek blushes? What do you think of Pixie Pink?
Lots of Love,
