Hi, everyone! How has everyone been? Here is my Sigma F80 Flat Top Kabuki Brush review!
I bought a Sigma F80 Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki Brush recently. I’ve been meaning to get a new stippling brush, and I initially thought of getting a MAC 187, but then I realized it’s not worth it — it’s pretty expensive here in the Philippines, like Php3,000+++ (around $70) for a stippling brush? That’s already almost an entire brush set from Sigma! And I hear the 187 is not even THAT amazing. So meh, definitely not worth it (for me, at least). 😛
I’ve been using a stippling brush for foundation/bb cream application for a long time. I swear by stippling brushes. But when I saw the F80 brush, which is a kabuki brush, it was like it was calling out to me. HOHO. Plus when I read reviews on it, I was so sold.
Sigma Flat Top Kabuki Brush (F80) – really good makeup brush
What I like about sigma f80:
♥ SUPER SOFT!
♥ SUPER DENSE, I kid you not! Look at it~
♥ Great quality!
♥ No shedding
♥ No bleeding
♥ Handle and ferrule feel sturdy and very well made
♥ Easier and more flawless foundation/bb cream application
♥ No streaky foundation face
♥ Helps give great coverage with super smooth, flawless and natural finish
♥ Does not soak up a lot of product
♥ Very reasonably priced (Php1100+/$25+)
What I don’t like about it:
– Takes a bit longer to dry after washing
So far, I LOVE using this brush with my BB cream. Not so much with liquid foundation, though, because like I said, I don’t feel like I get a lot of coverage when using this brush, and I only use foundation when I need extra coverage. (I usually just use BB cream.) edit: I LOVE THIS BRUSH! I use it with powder foundation, BB cream, and liquid foundation, and it’s amazing and flawless with all of them! This is an AWESOME brush~ Helps give great coverage without eating up a lot of your product, and gives smooth and flawless finish, while still looking natural. LOVE LOVE ♥
And for comparison, here is a photo compare with Etude House Duo Fibre brush:
I’ll be back very soon to update the Sigma F80 Flat Top Kabuki Brush review, and for another review most probably. See you then! LOVES
