Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss Swatches Review – Glam Radar

I do love me a bit of lip gloss and with the sun occasionally peeking out now (I still can’t believe it snowed this week but it is getting better) the time has come to stock up on some fun colours for summer. Here is my review of Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss Swatches !

I love coral colours and with the £2 off till spits for Revlon being handed out in Boots at the moment I picked up a couple of Revlon gems. Here we have Coral Reef (one of their new colours) on the left and Pink After Glow on the right.

Coral Reef is a smooth pigmented orange toned coral. The colour shows up fairly well on my lips and stays put as long as you could expect a gloss to stay put. Both of these glosses have a bit of a sickly sweet scent to them but after a couple of minutes I don’t notice it anymore. The texture is nice and I don’t find it overly sticky. I wore it at work yesterday and even got a couple of compliments!

Pink After Glow is a totally different critter. I do like it, just not as much as Coral Reef. The colour is more sheer and pink and there are big ‘ol chunks of sparkle in it. The glitter is really quite gritty so you can definitely feel it on your lips. You wouldn’t want to kiss anyone wearing this! The glitter also means this is more of a night time shade for me. I’m still glad I bought it, I just wish the texture was smoother.

So what do you prefer? Lip stick or glosses in the summer?
