MUA Heaven and Earth Palette review and swatches

MUA: Heaven and Earth Palette (&Thanks!), swatches and my makeup using MUA palette

I’m sure you’ve all heard of the hyped MUA range at Superdrug, the majority of the line retails for just £1! With larger pieces like palettes and primers reaching £4, amazing value. This palette in particular caught my eye because it reminded me of my holy grail UD Naked Palette, and I’m always on the hunt for more neutral eye shadows, it’s become a bit of an obsession! I had to buy this to see how it compared, and it was only £4!MUA Heaven and Earth Palette review

The 12 shades in the palette don’t have names, so I’ve swatched them in their exact position inside the palette. As you can see, there are a few Naked dupes think ‘Virgin’, ‘Sidecar’ and ‘Toasted’ but the pigmentation isn’t anything on Urban Decay, it also doesn’t have any of the darker colours like ‘Creep’ and ‘Gunmetal’ for lining or contouring.MUA Heaven and Earth Palette
Sure it’s good, it’s amazing for the price, but the colour payoff doesn’t compare to my Naked palette, there are some shades swatched on my arm that you can’t even see immediately.

Don’t get me wrong, this is a really good dupe for the price. I wasn’t expecting it to beat Urban Decay but I also wasn’t expecting it to be this good! I love my neutrals, these are so wearable and would suit absolutely anyone. Once you stop looking at this product as a dupe and start looking at it as a £4 12 piece eyeshadow palette it’s an absolute steal and fantastic quality. I’d recommend this product as it has now secured a place in my makeup bag!
My make up using the MUA Heaven and Earth palette that I swatched and reviewed for you guys. I just used my Maybelline gel liner and Max Factor Masterpiece mascara on top.MUA Heaven and Earth Palette review and swatches

Agh! Natural hair!MUA Heaven and Earth Palette makeup

I quite like this, and it isn’t too shimmery for day time.. well from a distance anyway ;P I really really reeeeeeally recommend this palette girlies, it’s only £4 and you can get it from superdrug. I can’t tell you the shades I used, not because it’s a secret, the shades just don’t have names!! If you’re interested in the exact shades so that you can recreate this look leave me a comment and I’ll tell you their positions in the palette!!

I also want to say a little thank you to my followers, I can’t believe I’ve reached 100 followers in just two weeks. I am muchos chuffed. I love blogging so much and never thought that anyone would ever be interested, I always read through the blogs that follow me and comment which is my favourite part 🙂 .
