MAC Lady Danger – Glam Radar

The late burst of sunshine these last couple of weeks has resulted in my lips craving a bright red lipstick. I generally live in nude lippies but when it comes to brights I have a preference for red over pink as I find pinks harder to work with. Even though I own a few red lipsticks my collection was missing a single warm toned red?! I remembered a recommendation by Zara (aka Mouldy Fruit) who has similar colouring to me so off I went to MAC and picked up Lady Danger – don’t you just love the name, or it just me 🙂 Let me tell you ladies, it was LOVE at first swatch!!! It’s the most perfect orangey-red shade! Take a look for yourselves… Though it’s described as having a matte finish it doesn’t feel or look so matte/dry on the lips – the perfect kinda matte if you ask me! I wore it for the first time on Saturday night with this outfit. I think I may need to buy Redd by MAC which is a bright, warm toned lip liner to accompany it (as you can see I find it hard staying within the lines!). In summary I’d say it’s the perfect red lip to pull off when your skins been sunned and tanned! Lady Danger is part of MAC’s permanent collection and costs £14
