L’Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm review – Glam Radar

Hey ladies here is my L’Oreal Total Repair 5 Damage Erasing Balm review!

So, let’s be honest– a lot of us frequently put our hair through hell. We fry it with straighteners, curling irons, and hair dryers, destroy it with chlorine, and rip it with our vicious hair brushes. I personally choose not to put heat on my hair, but after not trimming my hair for 8 months (despite cutting off my split ends with a pair of scissors), it’s pretty damaged. So, I decided to look into a new deep conditioner treatment for my hair.

I had heard some good things about this deep conditioner, but because it is pretty new to drugstores, I was skeptical that it was going to be the super moisturizing deep conditioner that I have been searching for.

This is the consistency. It is very thick and has a distinct scent that smells somewhat like apples. Not the best scent, but how could I complain seeing as this product made my hair softer and silkier than I ever imagined. I had no idea this product would be so great to my hair! It claims to repair up to 1 year of damage in 1 use, which isn’t totally true, but it gets pretty close. On the back of the jar, it says to leave the product in for 3-5 minutes and rinse. Instead, before I shower, I like to put it on my ends, and put a shower cap on my head. Then, I let it sit for about 20 minutes and rinse it out when I hop in the shower. I paid $5.97 for this at CVS Pharmacy, and it comes with 8.5 FL. OZ (250 mL) which is a good amount of product. If you are looking for a cheap but great deep conditioner, I highly recommend this one. Have you tried any hair care products from L’Oreal? What are your thoughts?
