L’Oreal Nude Magique BB Cream review

Here is my  L’Oreal Nude Magique BB Cream review

 bb-cream-loreal review
My first trip into the bb cream world is this offering. i actually haven’t had much interest in bb creams at all, i have some issues with scarring and pigmentation so i normally favour a medium-full coverage foundation. i’m soon to be jetting off to the canary islands, and so i wanted something that i could wear and not feel like i had on a large amount of makeup. whilst browsing the aisles at boots, this was the one i settled for. the ones i chose between was this, maybelline and garnier. maybelline had sold out of ‘light’, and the sample of the garnier one i had felt too greasy for my combination skin. with l’oreal on buy one get one half price, it wasn’t the hardest decision.
I opted for light, and i think this was the best choice. it isn’t actually light at all – i’d say more akin to nc25 perhaps even nc30 as this is a tad too dark for my natural skin tone which i am currently rocking. it comes in a white and purple squeeze tube, quite appealing packaging actually it looks quite expensive and it also has a little nib in which to squeeze out product as opposed to just a flat base with a hole in for the product to emerge, which tend to get super messy.
When you first use the product, it comes out as a pale white/green shade with lumps in. these lumps are ‘smart pigment capsules’ which break and disperse colour as you apply the cream. i don’t think they’re particularly ‘smart’ as this definitely doesn’t seem to adapt to my skin tone, but as it is a fairly light coverage it is easy to blend in to my neck, jawline and ears. it takes quite a firm application to get these capsules to break and to ensure an even coverage, however once applied it gives this lovely radiance to the skin.
MY hand with L’Oreal Nude Magique BB Cream  on L'Oreal Nude Magique BB Cream review
Admittedly, it doesn’t do much for my scars or dark circles, but the rest of my skin appears even in tone and texture and just seems to give this light boost to the skin, without looking oily or shiny. i do need to use concealer on areas where it is required, but this leaves a lovely finish to the rest of my skin and leaves it soft and smooth.L'Oreal Nude Magique BB Cream look
