L’Oreal Collection Privée Doutzen Kroes Review

Hi girls here is my L’Oreal Collection Privée Doutzen Kroes Review!

While picking up some essentials for our trip to London this weekend I couldn’t help but take advantage of the 3-for-2 offer across all cosmetics in Boots, I mean it seems silly not to pick up a third thing right.

1 loreal

2 loreal privee

3 loreal collection privee

4 loreal privee collection packaging

5 loreal swatched

L’Oreals new limited edition collection ‘Privée’ caught my eye instantly mostly because the display included a picture of Julianne Moore who I can’t look at without saying “Bawston”, anyone else?
The packaging is classic and elegant, I will always throw money at anything gold and black. The entire range is solely nude colours, each shade of the Color Riche lipsticks have been custom made by six well know lovely L’oreal spokes-models for various different skin tones.
really wanted Julianne’s shade ‘Barely Nude’ but it was a little too warm for my complexion I also felt like it would clash with my newly dyed red locks, instead I opted for Doutzen Kroes ‘Barely Pink’. Doutzen’s shade is beautiful, a nude icy pink, perfectly cool toned with a slight sheen it’s a dream nude shade for any fellow caspers! The formula is super creamy it’s almost like applying a balm and it lasts for a good few hours and because it’s a barely there nude it’s easy to apply on the go and it’s not that noticeable when it starts to disappear from your lips. The only downside for me personally is that it has that classic ‘mums lipstick in the 90’s’ scent which is not something I’m a huge fan of how ever fancy the lipstick may be, even with the scent this is the only lipstick I’m packing for our weekend getaway, I’m completely smitten!
