My Experience With Julep Maven  –  Julep Maven nail vernis in Oscar and Natsha :

My Experience With Julep Maven

I always am hunting for sales and deals when it comes to trying new products.
A few weeks ago I had seen on one of my website’s ads that Julep Maven, a monthly nail subscription service, was having a sale where you got your first box for one cent, I headed on over. It was even free shipping to New York! My debit card didn’t mind that purchase.
I took the online style quiz to see which “category” I’d be in and I ended up getting bombshell, which I guess is a more edgy, glamorous category. The box that month for the Bombshells consisted of two polishes, a pedicure cream and a set of toe separators.
They couldn’t have picked better polishes for me!

The two polishes they picked for me were “Oscar” a gold glitter glaze and “Natasha” a vivid bright orange coral.

As you can see, the gold glitter has pretty decent coverage for a glitter. The flecks are very small so they aren’t as hard to remove as say, Sephora’s Traffic Stopper Copper or the Essie Luxe Effects. I think that wearing Natasha with Oscar as an accent nail would be beyond adorable.
As far as the quality of the Julep Maven  Oscar and Natsha  polishes goes, I really do like them. They don’t have any special long-wearing capabilities, they wear pretty much the same as everything else. I do like the color selections and the bottle, it’s much more unique than anything I’ve seen.
As for the other items in my box, toe separators are nice but I will probably end up throwing them out. I haven’t tried the pedicure cream yet, but if you are interested in a review or an update on how that works, I’d be glad to share!
