Hello beautiful people! here is my John Freida Straight Fixation Smoothing Cream | Review!

If you read my Bournemouth Bloggers meet-up post (here) then you might have seen the lovely John Freida goodies I was lucky enough to receive! I’ve been testing them out for the past month and working out which ones I like best, and the Fixation Smoothing Cream has been my favourite. I even featured it in my Everyday Hair care Routine post!

I’m really bad when it comes to using heat defense – which is probably pretty stupid of me seeing as I’m trying to GROW my hair! But, luckily this product helps protect against damage from heat as well as keeping my hair straight for up to 24 hours. I apply a small amount of this to the lengths and ends of my hair after washing it, making sure it gets all over my hair especially since it will be protecting it against heat.

I then go on to blow dry my hair straight as I usually would with a large barrel brush and although it doesn’t stay straight for the suggested 24 hours it does stay straight for a pretty long time, longer than it would usually. I’ve even tried using the product and then leaving my hair to air dry a few times, and it still did the trick! It also leaves my hair smelling gorgeous, which is always a bonus!

Overall I really love this product and can see myself re-purchasing it when I run out! Have you tried  any of the John Freida Frizz-Ease products? What do you think?
