Homemade Mexican-Style Guacamole Dip Recipe – Glam Radar
Happy Tuesday…I hope everyone had a wonderful Cinco De Mayo weekend. I’m back for another guest post this week in which I wanted to share with everyone my homemade Mexican-style guacamole dip.
What You Will Need:
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup of chopped onions
2 tablespoons of minced cilantro leaves
1 teaspoon of lime juice
1 teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1 ripe chopped tomato (remove the seeds)
What You Will Need To Do:
-Start by cutting the avocados in half and removing the seed.
-Then scoop out the avocado from the peel and place it in a mixing bowl.
-Next, use a fork to mash the avocado and mix it together with the onions, tomatoes, cilantro leaves, lime juice, salt, pepper and mash some more.
-You can add some chili peppers to the guacamole if you like it spicy but that depends on your likings.
-Once you are done cover the guacamole and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips or add it to your tacos and burritos. Enjoy!
