Holy Grail #1 Viridian Skin Repair Oil – Glam Radar

Every now and then you find a product which makes you wonder how you ever lived without it! That’s how I feel about Viridian’s Ultimate Beauty Organic Skin Repair Oil*, I can see it being a part of my skincare routine for a long, looooong time to come.
Being a beauty blogger I have a tendency to flit between products constantly, no matter how good they are. If I’m telling you that a product has become ‘holy grail’ for me, I seriously mean it!

I’ve tried several vitamins and nutritional supplements from Viridian and I’ve been really pleased with them, however when I tried their Skin Repair Oil I wasn’t expecting much. I guess I thought, yeah they do supplements really well, but skincare is a whole different ball game. Clearly though, Viridian’s approach of nourishing the skin on the outside with the same sort of ingredients that they use to nourish your skin on the inside works, for me at least!

This Skin Repair Oil, contains lots and lots of oils. All the ingredients are oils: rosehip, jojoba and vitamin E to name but a few. This might seem rather obvious, but if you look at other skin oils, they will contain a whole bunch of other ingredients whose contribution is unclear.

Viridian recommend you use their Skin Repair Oil in the morning and the evening, however I’ve just been using it in the evening only with fantastic results. I have oily, spot prone skin and using oils on it is always a bit scary. Viridian claim this oil helps to heal the skin and it has done exactly that on my (many) red spot scars which I have been trying to get rid of for years, literally, years!

When I use this oil in the evening, I wake up the next day and look at my skin in the mirror and I’m really happy with what I see. It’s the best it’s looked since I was child, clear and glowing! I’m so much more confident in myself without make up now. That’s why Viridian’s Skin Repair Oil is a holy grail product for me.
