Recipe- Flaky Chicken Tikka :

So you can understand why I wasn’t posting regularly.As promised, I am introducing a recipe section on the blog. Your comments really were the encouragement I needed! Thank you :)I am not a fan of cooking by any means. But I like recipes which are quick and easy to prepare. So please don’t expect any complicated recipes. Simple, quick and yummy- that’s what I like!
Today, I’ll be posting the recipe for Flaky Chicken Tikka. It is a delicious snack and is easy to prepare. Let’s start with the ingredients.
INGREDIENTS for Flaky Chicken Tikka :
- 1/2 kg Boneless chicken
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 3 to 4 green chillies (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic paste
- 3-4 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Grated ginger
- 1/4 tsp. Cardamom Powder
- 3 to 4 tsp. Cream
- 1.5 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- 2 Cheese Cubes (grated)
- 2 tsp. Oil
- 4 tsp. Bread Crumbs
Wash the chicken pieces and pat dry.
Marinate chicken pieces with all the ingredients except oil, cheese cubes and bread crumbs. You can keep them marinated for half an hour to two days.
Add oil, cheese and bread crumbs when you’re ready to bake the chicken.
Pre heat oven or OTG at 200 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes.
Bake chicken at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice.
Serve Flaky Chicken Tikka with mint chutney
