I have been missing in action for about two weeks and I do have to apologize. Been busy working on my photography which I have fallen even more in love with. Each photo shoot I do is a different experience for me and I learn so much from each child. But that does not mean I have forgotten about my first love. That is why this week I have whipped up an easy recipe for you guys and trust me even though it is simple to make it is still absolutely delicious! Well, I know summer is here and trust me I can feel the heat and humidity since I live in Miami, Florida. I was thinking of making something healthy since it is bikini season. But who am I kidding, right? This is miss FoodAtick here and clearly I enjoy nothing more than sugar. That is how these little bad boys came to be. I had a box of chocolate graham crackers, white chocolate, and sprinkles then decided to marry them together in a private ceremony in my kitchen. I present to you Mr. and Mrs. Chocolate Covered Cookies. Enjoy my friends!
What You Need
1 box of Chocolate Graham Crackers
1 package of white chocolate (melting)
Your favorite sprinkles
What You Need To Do
In a small sauce pot over medium low heat begin to melt the white chocolate. Add two tablespoons of milk to it and keep whisking until all the chocolate is fully melted. Then grab a tray and place parchment paper over it. Break the crackers in half or where the marked lined is at to break them. Then dip them half way into the chocolate and lay them onto the parchment paper. Sprinkle on top of the chocolate the colored sprinkles and let them cool until the chocolate hardens. Repeat for each cookie until done.
