Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder №51 in Peaux claires review
Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder №51 in Peaux claires review and swatches :
I’ve always struggled to find a bronzer because I’m so pale, and I have dark hair. Usually they make me look completely orange and clash with my hair – not a good look! Because of this I’ve never really bothered with using a bronzer until I heard about this one. I’ve heard great reviews about this product and when I noticed there was an offer on Bourjois in Superdrug a few weeks ago, I couldn’t resist the temptation and bought it!
Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder №51 in Peaux claires
As you can see it’s a nice sized product, it’s small enough to fit in my handbag make-up bag but big enough to contain enough product for the price (I have a feeling it was £6.99). Bourjois Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder №51 in Peaux claires is very pigmented so you don’t need a lot to get a good contour on your cheek bones, which is what I use this for. It emphasises my cheek bones nicely and blends together well with my blusher over the top of it. It also contains a little shimmer, not too much, but just enough to give your face a nice glow in the light.
I apply this just after I’ve set my foundation with a powder. I use an angled brush (the one in the picture), and sweep in a diagonal line across my cheek. I find it much easier using an angled brush to apply bronzer because it gives a more defined line, but I guess thats just down to personal preference! I then apply my blusher over the top and blend the two together.
Last but not least, the smell of Delice de Poudre Bronzing Powder is a-m-a-zing! I’d say it’s a mixture between chocolate and vanilla, I almost want to eat it! It’s not often I find nicely scented make-up products but the smell of this one has made me love it even more!
